MISSION

The Junior Client Relations Officer will ensure that premium Customer services are delivered effectively and efficiently, in close collaboration with the Sales and Trading teams, the other members of the client relations team, and other company stakeholders.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service 
  • Support the client relations team in any aspect of commercial relationships  
  • Assess the performance of existing accounts & help with data overviews  
  • Assist in all aspects of new account setup  
  • Prepare and circulate information regularly to a wide client base  
  • Ensure that commercial terms are systematically updated in internal systems and contracts  
  • Participate in projects related to enhancing customer experience  
  • Collaborate and communicate efficiently with the Sales, Legal & Operations teams  
  • Prepare and provide support in client meetings as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education level 
  • 3 years of work experience in sales/client support ideally in the commodity industry

  • Outstanding customer orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Resistance to stress and time-pressure
  • Agile and flexible mindset, reactive to requests
  • Ability to interact with colleagues of diverse cultures; respect for diversity
  • Good IT skills; proficiency in the Windows environment is expected
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and French is required; knowledge of other languages (Italian, Arabic) is an asset
  • Swiss or UE national or holder of a valid Swiss working permit
