The Client Management Officer will work closely with the Sales and Trading teams, the other members of the client management teams and other company stakeholders to ensure premium Customer services are delivered effectively and efficiently.


  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service 
  • Supporting the front office in any aspect of the commercial relationship 
  • Assessing the performance of existing accounts & help with data overviews 
  • Assisting in all aspects of preparing a new account setup 
  • Preparing and circulating communication to a wide client base 
  • Ensuring that commercial terms are systematically updated in internal systems and contracts 
  • Involvement in projects related to enhancing customer experience 
  • Working in close collaboration with the Sales, Legal & Operations teams 
  • When needed, participating in client meetings


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education level
  • 3 years of work experience in Sales, Client support roles from the financial or commodities industry


  • Excellent customer orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated track record of continuous improvement and innovative thinking both in approach and in practical effect 
  • Resistance to stress and time-pressure
  • Agile and flexible mindset, reactive to requests
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with colleagues of diverse cultures; respect for diversity
  • Good IT skills; proficiency in Windows environment is expected
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and French is required; knowledge of other languages (Italian, Arabic) is an asset
  • Swiss national or holder of a valid Swiss working permit
